From The FuturED Institute, we would like to greet and congratulate the Universidad Nacional del Litoral for the start of the 13th edition of its International Winter School, an academic proposal that puts in dialogue knowledge, interculturality and commitment to sustainable development.

This year, under the slogan “A local agenda for sustainable development”, students from Germany, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador and Argentina are meeting in Santa Fe and in the town of Cayastá to work collaboratively on the development of community strategic plans linked to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

We were very grateful to have been invited to participate in the opening day, represented by our founder and director, Juan Dávila y Verdin, who shared some reflections on the role of youth, education and international cooperation as key tools to face the challenges of the present.

The UNL Winter School is an inspiring example of how university internationalisation can have a real impact on the territories, and how the links between institutions, social organisations and students can build concrete solutions with a global outlook.

From The FuturED Institute, we renew our commitment to continue accompanying and promoting innovative training spaces, with a focus on collaborative work and sustainable development.

Congratulations to the entire UNL community for this valuable initiative!
