In this context, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/d%C3%A1vila-y-verdin\/\">Juan D\u00e1vila y Verdin<\/a> was invited to contribute to the course <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Latin American Regional Scenarios<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> at <a href=\"https:\/\/tec.mx\/en\">Tecnol\u00f3gico de Monterrey<\/a> (Mexico), where he delivered a lecture in April 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tecnol\u00f3gico de Monterrey is widely recognised as one of Latin America\u2019s leading universities, noted for its strong emphasis on academic excellence, innovation, and international outlook. Its programmes bring together multidisciplinary perspectives and global engagement, making it a key reference institution in higher education across the region.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The session focused on a socio-political and economic overview of Latin America, offering an approximation to the region\u2019s historical development during the 19th and 20th centuries. It addressed key processes such as state formation, economic models, and the evolution of political systems, providing students with a structured framework to understand contemporary regional dynamics through their historical foundations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This initiative reflects a structured collaboration between institutions operating across complementary domains. Tecnol\u00f3gico de Monterrey provides the academic platform, engaging students in the study of Latin America\u2019s historical and political development.
