Se prest\u00f3 especial atenci\u00f3n a la importancia de fortalecer los v\u00ednculos entre los sistemas educativos y las necesidades del mercado laboral a trav\u00e9s de enfoques innovadores para el desarrollo de competencias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre los temas discutidos se encontraba la educaci\u00f3n dual, que combina el aprendizaje acad\u00e9mico con experiencia pr\u00e1ctica en el \u00e1mbito laboral. La conversaci\u00f3n explor\u00f3 el papel que la colaboraci\u00f3n p\u00fablico-privada puede jugar en promover una mayor conciencia de este modelo y apoyar su implementaci\u00f3n en diferentes contextos nacionales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La reuni\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 el valor del di\u00e1logo entre instituciones de desarrollo, organizaciones educativas, empleadores y asociaciones empresariales en el avance de soluciones que contribuyan a la empleabilidad, la competitividad y el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico sostenible en toda la regi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El intercambio proporcion\u00f3 una valiosa oportunidad para compartir perspectivas sobre el futuro de la educaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo de competencias en Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe, reforzando la importancia de la cooperaci\u00f3n en la resoluci\u00f3n de desaf\u00edos y oportunidades
