The FuturED Institute held a working meeting with the National Association of Universities and Institutions of Higher Education (ANUIES), with the purpose of strengthening the institutional relationship between both organizations and analyzing potential lines of future collaboration on strategic issues in higher education.
ANUIES is a non-governmental, pluralistic association that brings together 216 universities and higher education institutions, both public and private, throughout the country. Its institutional mission is focused on strengthening the higher education system by promoting teaching, research, and the extension of culture and services, contributing significantly to Mexico’s academic and social development.
During the meeting, a space for dialogue was created in which perspectives were exchanged on various topics of shared interest related to the current challenges and opportunities in the higher education sector. In addition, possible cooperation frameworks were reviewed to enable the development of joint initiatives aligned with the objectives and capacities of both institutions.
The FuturED Institute expects to continue this engagement and further explore collaboration opportunities that contribute to the strengthening of higher education.
