On 24 June 2026 at 5:00 PM (UK), The FuturED Institute and IGTCA will host a free live masterclass titled “Why Change Fails Before People Resist”, delivered by Mariana Yarnold, Founder and Managing Director of MBY Consultants Ltd.
The session explores the hidden architecture of organisational transformation, examining how authority structures, incentive systems, and governance frameworks shape the conditions under which change succeeds or fails, long before resistance ever emerges. In 45 minutes, participants will gain a sharper understanding of why well-designed initiatives so often fall short, and what leaders can do differently.
The masterclass is designed for C-suite executives, operations directors, and transformation leaders who are responsible for driving strategic change within their organisations. It will be delivered in English via live webinar, and is free to attend.
